Note: Student, Virginia Coulter, speaks with English professor and Richmond College alumnus, Irby Brown, about the structural changes on campus during his years as a student and a professor. Dr. Brown talks about the structure of the coordinate system and how it has changed since 1950. He speaks of the Richmond College Dry Dock, referred to as the Slop Shop, and the Westhampton Tea Room. Dr. Brown speaks frankly about the need for racial and age diversity for students and faculty in order to break the country club atmosphere.
